From May 28 to 30, SEMICON SEA 2024, the largest semiconductor and electronic supply chain event in Southeast Asia, successfully concluded after three days of exciting exchanges and displays.

At this exhibition, GLTECH & ADT, as always, brought the star product, fully automatic dual spindle dicing saw 8230, along with a series of other products such as blades and spindles. In addition to 8230, we were delighted to invite industry peers to witness the reappearance of fully automatic grinder 3230 and the first brilliant debut of Laser 6930 at our first overseas exhibition. 3230 inherits stable and reliable performances of ADT, adopting a highly stable and rigid air flotation workbench for the first time in the industry among similar models, which can meet better precision grinding requirements.

While 3230 garnered significant attention, 6930 - as a new product that we have carefully developed and crafted - also lived up to expectations, receiving extensive attention and in-depth inquiries from visitors at the exhibition.
