From March 26 to 28, GLTECH and ADT became the focus of the exhibition through exceptional technical capabilities and superior product competitiveness, attracting significant attention from customers and partners worldwide.

8231 and 9130

At this exhibition, GLTECH and ADT publicly showcased the latest developments, 12" fully automatic dual spindle dicing system 8231 and 12" fully automatic laser saw 9130. These two cutting-edge devices, featuring ultra-high precision, exceptional efficiency, and intelligent design, generated tremendous industry excitement.

Our machines attracted crowds of on-site visitors. Our sales and technical teams demonstrated remarkable responsiveness with "minute-level" technical consultations, earning widespread acclaim for their professional expertise from industry peers.

ADT 8231, derived from 8230, inherits the features of 8230 of high efficiency, high accuracy, high performance and high reliability. 8231 supports two cutting modes, FOUP and Cassette, which can be switched freely. 8231 supports DBG half-cut application based on FOUP, combined with the ADT original OMS technology, to achieve precise depth control based on the product surface. 8231 supports 300*300mm panel which meets the demand of advanced packing.

ADT 9130 is a 12" fully automatic laser saw developed for low-k grooving applications. This equipment uses advanced laser technology to accurately scribe grooves on the wafer surface. Humanized design makes operation convenient and efficient, and improves experience; intelligent software system precisely controls the process, significantly improves production efficiency, and helps efficient production.

On-site Review

In addition to 8231 and 9130, we also showcased resin blades, metal blades, nickel blades, independently developed air spindles, DD motors, ceramic chucks and other core parts. We received a large number of visitors and were very successful.
