• Spindle: The 2.2kW high-power and low-vibration air-floating spindle/brushless DC motor (standard configuration) can achieve high-speed operation with a large torque within a wide speed range. The water-cooling system limits temperature rise and significantly extends the lifespan of the spindle.
• NCS: NCS is used for non-contact height measurement before or during cutting, which is more convenient and efficient, ensuring cutting quality.
• BBD: BBD is used to detect blade damage. The improved BBD can maintain its performance for a longer time after cleaning, which saves maintenance time and improves cutting efficiency.

• Automatic scratch detection The detection items include: distance from the center of the scratch to the target position, scratch width, maximum scratch width, width from the center of the scratch to the edge, maximum burr width, and burr size.
• Chip detection Obtaining chip shape from specified inspection position and generating cutting algorithm based on the shape significantly increases the convenience of the operation.
